We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Send items back within 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase or before the item has been dispatched (whichever is prior)

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Running Fabrics
• Face Masks
• Items on sale/discount

If a customer is willing to request a return/exchange means then he/she has to send a mail to [email protected], or they can send a mailing letter to our official address. Then our finance and management team will analyze the issues and advise you related to further process.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Once cancellation/return is accepted, our finance team will initiate the refund process with the respective payment gateway you used while placing the order. Please note the customs, duties and taxes (if it was applicable on the order) will not be refunded by us and you will need to ask your country’s government authorities for refunding the amount to you. We will share a copy of the receipt of the amount we paid to them on your behalf so you can claim the refund. You can send us a message at [email protected] if you want the receipt.

Refunds are only processed after we receive the item(s) back.
