A cotton satin suit set with a two-tone tie-dye kurta and dupatta and solid wide-leg pants, worked in dull-gold Zari thread across the V-neck yoke and full sleeves, with tall floral panels rising from the trouser hems.

  • Zari Placement — Dense floral vines and paisleys fill the yoke down to the point of the V-neck, finished with contrast piping.
  • Back Buti — A single medallion buti at the centre back.
  • Tie-Dye Ground — Tie-dye runs through kurta and dupatta.

  • Dupatta Drape: Drape it over one shoulder and let it fall long, so the floral motifs at the ends sit at knee height in view.
  • Colour by Occasion: The brighter pairs, like yellow and grey, suit daytime functions. The deeper ones, like teal and navy or grey and rust, carry well into the evening.
  • Dry clean only.
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

About the Craft
Our Zari thread blends tilla with fine coloured threads, giving a softer, more dimensional sheen than plain metallic zari. Here, dull-gold tilla is worked with a brown thread, so the vines and florals read warm and antique against the tie-dye rather than bright and metallic. The work fills the yoke and sleeves, gathers into a single buti at the back, rises in tall panels on the pants and blooms at the ends of the dupatta.

Each piece is custom made, so there can be small variations from one piece to the next.
