I can't praise this seller highly enough. Communications were excellent, within hours of ordering, I received an email requesting my exact measurements and asking if the sleeve length and overall length were ok, did I want pockets and so on. Impressive. Once the coat was ready, Uday emailed me photos to see if I was happy with the look of the finished product. Within 4 days of confirming this, my coat arrived. A very impressive delivery from India to the UK😊. The coat was packed in a beautiful box and when I opened the box, the coat is a amazing, I nearly cried. The workmanship is out of this world. There's even embroidery at the very edges of the cuffs and hem. It is a work off art. I love it and can't recommend Uday and his colleagues highly enough 😍

The jacket is absolutely stunning! Beautiful work. It did have a strong chemical odor, similar to a new car smell, when it first came that required it to be aired out for several days, but given the gorgeous level of work, it was a minor inconvenience.

Pleasant check-in from Uday to confirm the measurements I sent, and the end result is a stunning, custom-fit jacket that I'm already building outfits around!

This coat far exceeded my expectations. I have other coats with Kashmir embroidery, but this is by far the finest in quality. It was made perfectly for my measurements, and I really appreciated Uday's time in ensuring that I was pleased with the final gorgeous result.
